Cancellation Guidelines

 

RV site or Tipi Reservation / Cancellation Guidelines

To guarantee your RV site or Tipi, a pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card at the time you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email from the campground once you complete your reservation.

 

Need to Cancel?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 307-578-6757 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit/refund; IF a deposit was taken. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

 

RV SITES: 48 hour cancellation notice by telephone is required. Notify Cody Wyoming Trout Ranch Campground no later than 2 pm two days before your scheduled arrival to cancel or if you intend to leave your camp site early after you have checked in. There is a $15 late fee for any check in's after 6pm.

 

TIPIS: 14 day cancellation notice by telephone is required. Please notify your Cody Wyoming Trout Ranch Campground TWO weeks before your scheduled arrival no later than 2 pm. A deposit may be required on the deluxe tipi’s and for pets and it may be taken from your Credit Card. There is a $25 late fee for any late check in's after 6pm.

WEATHER:  We are not responsible for the ever changing Wyoming weather. Please take this into consideration when booking, especially later in the season. All tipis include a propane heater and extra blankets for your use, however in the event of extreme weather conditions we will consider exceptions to our cancellation policy when cancelling or rescheduling your tipi stay.

HOLIDAYS/SPECIAL EVENTS: may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with Cody Wyoming Trout Ranch Campground for details.

* Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all charges.
